Home Design
We will partner with your architect and design team to collaborate on a custom layout which brings your needs and desires into buildable plans. Don't worry if you are not working with a designer! We can refer you to recommended professionals or walk through it with you in-house.

Site Evaluation
At this stage, we will meet with you at your property to align your vision with buildability. Building on your land involves many variables that must be evaluated to ensure your home is placed optimally and the necessary infrastructure can be established.

Planning & Budgeting
Once the architectural design is complete,
we will work with our engineering partners to
complete the structural analysis and certify the
final building plans. We will develop an itemized
budget based on your design inputs to provide a comprehensive scope of everything included
with our service. We will also spearhead the process
for obtaining required permits and/or Homeowner Association approvals.

Start Construction
Typical construction time ranges 9-12 months for most homes. Although this can be impacted by unforeseen factors, we strive to mitigate delays through emphasis on pre-construction planning and proactive scheduling. Your home build will be supervised throughout the process and you will be provided consistent updates during construction.
